Our idea was to celebrate the “love connection” heart patients had with their HeartCare Midwest cardiologists. So, borrowing from the online dating spots we’ve all seen, we dialed in some personality that the docs and patients both loved. The t-shirts were originally just a TV prop, but we ended up printing actual tees that the cardiologists gave out to patients. They had to reorder twice during the campaign.
