CHI Health came to hippo with the challenge of promoting its Heart Failure sub-specialty and the unique treatments and innovations being done in this field at CHI Health Heart and Nebraska Heart Institute. Specifically, the CHI Health team was interested in communicating its exceptional outcomes, innovations in the field, and its national recognition of excellence.
Working with partner media agencies, hippo developed creative executions to support a media plan that incorporated Print, outdoor, radio, paid search, display, Pandora, email and Facebook. The media plan included the following Nebraska markets: Lincoln, Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings, and Omaha.
The goal was to reach two audiences through the campaign. The primary target audience included heart failure patients and their support network (family and healthcare decision makers); and a secondary focus was put on those who are not yet diagnosed but may be suffering from heart failure symptoms.
The creative for the campaign featured imagery of a young senior couple and used copy focused on getting people back to living their normal lives. The campaign drove to the CHI Health Heart Failure landing page, which is what the success of the campaign was measured upon.
