CHI Health came to hippo with the challenge of increasing awareness and communicating the convenience of two new Quick Care locations opening in Lincoln Hy-Vee stores. As a secondary challenge, the client was looking to educate patients on the difference between levels of care – virtual care, quick care, urgent care – and which one is right for their symptoms.
Working with partner media agencies, hippo developed creative executions to support a media plan that incorporated radio, paid search, display, Pandora, mobile geofencing, and Facebook. The media plan covered the Lincoln area.
The goal was to reach the community at-large in the Lincoln area and focused on women 25-64, as the primary health care decisions-makers of the household. The goal was to increase awareness of CHI Health Quick Care and build patient volumes.
The creative for the campaign used colorful imagery featuring a stethoscope and a clock, with copy focused on evening and weekend availability – “The care you need, when you need it.” The creative drove to the Quick Care landing page, which is what the success of the campaign was measured upon.
